We were introduced to Renee through our daughter and son in law who sold their home and purchased a new home using the Friedrich team. We did not provide Renee with much notice that we wished to purchase a home in the Eldorado Hills area, and had not yet placed our home on the market.  We informed Renee what we were looking for and she truly took that information to heart.  It’s interesting that the very first place she took us to ended up being the home we purchased.  After signing the agreement to purchase a new home, Renee placed our home on the market.  On Monday, after our home had been on the market for four days we accepted an offer which was 16k over our asking price and the home closed escrow on July 6th.
